I know a large percentage of our readers fits the category of successful males probably struggling with (almost) the same dilemma's as I seek to find fitting personnel to support me and of course the rest team of the team in any way possible... make our jobs easier... get us to focus...

When in the process of evaluating new potential employees make sure to check and re-check every aspect that could possibly be an important factor for them to be successful at their new career...

it's important that you build a level of trust so that if you have enough faith in the new hire she can even check your work to help rezz that to a new higher level as well...

Always make sure to provide a pleasant working environment where an employee feels safe and supported. This investment of time and energy will definitely be worth it in the long run...

Where in the long run you eventually trust that (for example)  new secretary enough to take charge and show initiative herself which will eventually allow you to let go and enjoy the fruits of your hard work.
